Her experience provides a new mindset in the team and allow us to implement our program in China after the pilot stage.

Raghad led and co-founded programs utilizing technology in education. She currently works for a consulting firm serving primarily public sector focusing on economic and human development.

Dr Tom Kassidy
A Fellow of Education Impact, an international consulting group based in Paris, France, and dedicated to the appropriate uses of ICT in education, for teaching and learning as well as for planning, policy analysis and decision support. Formerly the Director of the International Education Group at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and the Harvard Institute for International Development, Dr. Cassidy has long worked as a consultant to such organizations as The World Economic Forum, The World Bank, UNESCO, The Asian Development Bank and The Inter-American Development Bank as well as private sector organizations such as Cisco and Microsoft. Dr. Cassidy has a Masters and a Doctorate degree in Administration, Planning and Social Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
Head of Programs at World Innovation Summit for Education. Prior to joining WISE, Dina interned as a researcher at Reach Out to Asia, a Qatar Foundation initiative, in its International Programs department and at Al Jazeera English on the program ‘Inside Story’. Dina received her Master’s degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she studied Human Rights. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Leicester. She is also an alumna of the Young Leaders Program from the Global Institute for Tomorrow. Dina is passionate about mainstreaming human-rights centric perspectives for development and has been involved with grass-roots projects seeking to address the rights of migrant workers in Qatar.
